Candidal stomatitis (oral thrush)

Symptoms:

White or creamy patches are often visible on the lips, inside the mouth, on the tongue, or on the mouth's roof.T hese patches resemble cottage cheese in texture and appearance. When scraped, these patches reveal a red and tender area beneath them. Additional symptoms can include changes in mouth sensation, such as dryness or altered taste.

Dermatitis (atopic, eczema,allergic and contact)

Symptoms:

The skin often becomes persistently dry, itchy, and red.Cracked skin may be present, sometimes accompanied by oozing blisters.Affected areas of skin might show discoloration, appearing either darker or lighter than the surrounding skin.The skin can become scaly and patchy, often showing signs of inflammation

Diaper Dermatitis

Symptoms:

Rashes and redness in the diaper area that persist for more than three days. The baby or toddler may experience noticeable pain and discomfort during urination, diaper changes, and bowel movements. Discomfort from the rash can lead to disrupted or altered sleep patterns.

Tick bites, post-exposure prophylaxis to prevent Lyme disease

Symptoms:

The bite is often identified as coming from a black-legged tick. You may notice a red lump at the bite site, which could develop swelling, blistering, bruising, itching, or lead to other infections. Mild allergic reactions like hives, rash, or light swelling can occur at the bite site.

Musculoskeletal sprains and strains

Symptoms:

You might experience varying levels of pain, swelling, or tenderness in the affected area, which can range from light to medium intensity.Redness or bruising may be visible on the area where the strain or sprain occurred.Limited motion and muscle weakness are common, making it difficult to move the affected muscle or joint. These injuries are often the result of overexertion or a direct injury toa muscle or joint.

Dysmenorrhea (Menstrual Cramps)

Symptoms:

You may experience pain and cramping in the lower abdominal area. Discomfort often extends to the lower back, typically starting a few hours before menstruation begins. The pain usually lasts several hours and can continue for a few days.

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)

Symptoms:

You might experience frequent burping or feel stomach acid rising into your mouth. A common symptom is a burning sensation in the stomach or lower chest, extending up to the neck. GERD can disrupt sleep due to persistent heartburn. Pain or discomfort may occur in the middle of the upper stomach area. Feelings of nausea, particularly after meals, are also common.

Hemorrhoids

Symptoms:

You may feel itching, burning, or swelling in the anal or rectal area, which can range from mild discomfort to pain. Bright red blood may be noticeable during or after bowel movements. Hemorrhoids can contribute to constipation and difficulty during bowel movements. A lump may be present in the anal or rectal area.

Pinworms and Threadworms

Symptoms:

Worms may be visible in stool or around the anus. Intense anal itching, often worsening at night. Disturbed sleep patterns due to discomfort. Vaginal itching may occur if adult worms migrate to the vaginal area. Increased irritability and difficulty concentrating. Abdominal pain that comes and goes intermittently.
